Triangle is a niche Building Surveying Practice with three experienced Directors.
Founded in 2021, Triangle BC has a business strategy to provide an experienced Director led service to all clients. Our Directors offer a full and diverse range of experience across the commercial Building Surveying market.
Angus Forbes
Director
Angus has a breadth of experience covering all aspects of Building Surveying. Angus is an RICS accredited APC assessor, has sat on the RICS Professional Group Board and acted as an external assessor for the Building Surveying module at Glasgow Caledonian University.
Kenneth Wright
Director
Kenneth has worked extensively in the commercial and residential sectors for a number of institutional funds, private owners, landlords and tenants, with services rendered across all core Building Surveying disciplines.
Emilio De Marco
Director
Emilio’s experience covers all core services across the Building Surveying sector, where he has focused on providing commercial property advice for investors, property funds, asset managers and occupiers.
